1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Art by Kylie Brown website and online store. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

I take care to display my artwork and products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing processes.
All originals are one‑of‑a‑kind and sold on a first‑come basis.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers (such as GoDaddy Payments or PayPal).
Your payment information is not stored on my website.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
For print orders, please allow production time as each print is made to order.

I reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • the product is unavailable
  • there is an error in pricing or product information
  • payment cannot be processed

If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the property of Art by Kylie Brown.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • damage caused by mishandling after delivery
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Refund & Returns Policy — Art by Kylie Brown

1. Overview

I want you to love your artwork. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for originals and prints.

2. Original Artwork

All original artworks are final sale. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage so I can assist you.


3. Fine Art Prints & Canvas Prints

Each print is made to order, so I cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • choosing the wrong size
  • colour differences due to screen variations


Damaged or Faulty Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damage
  • packaging photos (if applicable)

I will arrange a replacement.


4. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, I cannot offer refunds for lost items. If the order is returned to me, I can resend it at the buyer’s expense.


5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • damaged items
  • faulty items
  • orders cancelled before printing or shipping begins

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Original Artwork

Packed and shipped within 3–5 business days.


Fine Art Prints & Canvas Prints

Made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are listed as a flat rate.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.


4. Packaging

Original artworks are packaged securely to protect them during transit. Prints are shipped flat or in tubes depending on size.


5. International Shipping

International shipping may be available. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact me and I will assist where possible.
